Complainant, Ofume family hereby make complaint against
the afore-underlined Gas, water/Sewage and Electric companies because of the
following reasons:

DELIVERY, LYNN: When no food and water were available to poison this company decided to use
assassination to eliminate a potential presidential candidate, Dr. Phillip
Chukwuma Ofume of Nigeria past and 2015. Companies mentioned in subparagraph
A.1, A.2. A.3, & A.4 above decided to us outrageous bill hike
to harass and bully the Ofume family
notwithstanding that same mistreatment and disservice are melted on and
provided to non-whites inside and outside district petitioned and United States
of America, severally steer up inter and intra-racial conflicts, utility
shutdown, etc. See

COMPLAINT
6. The utilities
aforementioned have used bill jump to trigger eviction and the Ofume family has
suffered over 11 homelessness since
August 2009 including out of state eviction secretly supported by the lawmakers in Massachusetts
that live in captive of Nigerian foreign and domestic oil/gas companies.
7. In Brockton,
Columbia Gas of Massachusetts under collaboration with the landlords of 506 Warren Avenue, Apartment # 1, Brockton,
MA 02301 combined a 3-tenant gas
stove/heating bills and imposed the bills on the Ofume family. All complaints
for investigation were unheeded. Staff and agents of this gas company sleak
into the basement mid-night to adjust, alter and jump bills and utility
equipment, etc. Brockton Police Department was invited to question these folks
without response. There was no emergency which drew the crew to the basement or
utility room of 506 Warren Avenue, Brockton, MA 02301.
8. For no just
reason the utility companies have billed the Ofume family over 1000 % compared
with what whites and preferred citizens are billed. Ofume & Associates have
viewed several bills across the district and beyond and found severe acute
forms of billing asymmetry and all compalints to these utility companies landed on deaf ears and remain unattended.
9. Under serious
conspiracy Boston/Dorchester water/sewage has combined different tenants bill
and billed sheet and sent the bill to the Ofume family as its bill instead of
separating the bill tenant/occupants by tenant/occupants. According to old
occupants and present landlord, Ofume's
bill was imposed as stable bill at ONLY $50.00/month and since June 13, 2012
when the Ofume family moved into apartment
#1 the bill is

now over $350.00/month.
10. The Ofume
family hail from the Oil/Gas rich and impoverished NIGER DELTA REGION OF
NIGERIA and Dr. Phillip C. Ofume is a potential presidential candidate of
Nigeria past and 2015 and his political, economic, social, religion and change
manifestos fail to go down well with some western countries such as USA, UK,
etc and their oil/gas companies inside and outside the United States, United

11. Dr.
Ofume, Associates, and campaign have
massive support across the world excluding USA, UK, and their allies and for
using utilities in USA and economic sanctions to impede their campaign, put the
income of the Ofume family at $0.00/month and the Ofume family is far deep in
poverty level drain but these utility companies have not applied the poor
people's program instead they are billed higher than the rich in this country.
Because of the action of these utility comapnies, supporters oversea have used ex-President
George W. Bush, Vice-President Dick Cheney, etc retaliate this punitive
action. C. RELIEF
Request hearing immediately and stay of all notices to
disconnect utilities pending hearing and appeals as the Ofume continues to pay
according to its limited income which is received by donation issued by good
Samaritan.
